Attorney GIUSEPPE CAGLIA

Founder of Caglia & Partners. Admitted to practice before Superior Courts (Court of Appeal and State Council). Specialized in the Civil Law area that concerns succession law, financial banking law, property rights, copyrights, contracts and procurement. Founding partner, member of the Board of the Civil Chamber of the Court of first instance of Florence and member of the Executive Committee of the “Le corti fiorentine” (Florentine Courts) magazine. Lecturer at the Postgraduate School of Siena University’s Law Department, at the Forensic School Cino da Pistoia, at the University of Prato and at the Pharmacy Department of the University of Florence.

Attorney ENRICO MUCCI

Civil law Specialist with special expertise in the liability area, building and leases, debt collection and agreements. He was able to gain a significant exposure abroad during university (University of Florence) by engaging in international law and public law matters at the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, France.
He graduated from the Legal Professions School of Specialization in Florence with a final dissertation in civil law.
He is Committee Member of the “Le corti fiorentine” (Florentine Courts) magazine and a member of the Civil Chamber of the Court of first instance of Florence. He works in partnership with Caglia & Partners on a stable basis since 2012.

Attorney GRETA INCROCCI

Ms. Incrocci deals with civil law and specifically with liability law, condominium law, family law, new technologies law, legal information systems and medical negligence liability.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Law (2014) from the University of Pisa having written her final dissertation about international law. 
She gained financial and economic experience out of court, works in partnership with Caglia & Partners on a stable basis and is a member of Civil Chamber of the Court of first instance of Florence.

Mr. DARIO NISTRI

Consultant – Economist. Analysis, cost modeling and forecasting, economic and financial planning expert. For Caglia & Partners, Mr. Nistri handles planning, business management, communication and the quality control system. With a degree in Transport Economics (MA Transport Economics) from the University of Leeds (UK) and in Economics from the University of Florence, he has worked as a communications consultant for public and private organizations in the local public transport sector. Founder and current Vice-President of AMT Toscana (Association for Mobility and the Transportation Studies in Tuscany).

Ms. TAMARA CANNAVARO

Communications and Marketing Consultant For Caglia & Partners, Ms. Cannavaro manages marketing and communication activities planning and operations. Trained as a humanist and suited for the communication area, Ms. Cannavaro manages TornabuoniClass’ members portfolio, public relations and events organization having previously worked also with Campari company for Campari Fashion Avenue.

Mr. STEFANO GARGANI

He works closely with Caglia and Partnersfor whom he is a stable and specialized resource. Florentine by birth and dwelling, heading for a liberal arts education, he holds a Law degree from the University of Florence. He gained experience in his specific professional area which is of a technical and legal nature, by gradually deepening his expertise in regulatory and legal-technical tax issues concerning real estate and by his ongoing 40-year-old partnership with several Florentine and not Florentine notarial firms. The professional expertise acquired by Mr. Gargani allows Caglia & Partners to currently provide real estate and inheritance customized consulting, research and analytics as well as timely investigation services.
