Admitted to practice before Superior Courts (Court of Appeal and State Council). Specialized in the Civil Law area that concerns succession law, financial banking law, property rights, copyrights, contracts and procurement. Founding partner, member of the Board of the Civil Chamber of the Court of first instance of Florence and member of the Executive Committee of the “Le corti fiorentine” (Florentine Courts) magazine.
Civil law Specialist
Civil attorney with special expertise in the liability area, building and leases, debt collection and agreements. He was able to gain a significant exposure abroad during university (University of Florence) by engaging in international law and public law matters at the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, France.
He graduated from the Legal Professions School of Specialization in Florence with a final dissertation in civil law.
He is Committee Member of the “Le corti fiorentine” (Florentine Courts) magazine and a member of the Civil Chamber of the Court of first instance of Florence. He works in partnership with Caglia & Partners on a stable basis since 2012.
