Traffic accident with a foreign vehicle

As a result of an accident with a foreign vehicle, the owner of the damaged vehicle filed a claim with the Justice of Peace of Arezzo suing the Italian authority that is responsible for the legal management of disputes involving vehicles with foreign number plated being temporarily driven in Italy.
Our client, this Italian authority, objected to the admissibility of the personal injury claim because the other party had failed to supply out of court the additional medical documents required by legislative decree. no. 209/2005 which resulted in the deadline to file the claim to still be suspended.
The objection which was raised was immediately examined and accepted by the judge, who, without examining the merits of the case, declared the appeal brought by the plaintiff not enforceable.
