The Firm was entrusted with the task of recovering a medium-sized debt, owed to our Client – a Tuscan company that sells its products throughout Italy – by a sole proprietorship headquartered and operating in Sicily.
Each enforcement procedure step was followed meticulously in person and by complying to an established timeline as we could avail ourselves of a trusted representative located on site.
In the end, this debt was fully collected, along with procedural and legal expenses through the foreclosure and sale of debtor’s movable properties as well as through the use of a special kind of car foreclosure foreseen by art. 521 bis of the Civil Procedure Code.
